There are two video series available which were developed and produced by the Anxiety and Depression Research Center.
Video Series 1: Inhibitory Retrieval Model of Exposure Therapy. This video series includes training on the following topics: OptEx Nexus, Designing Exposures, Assigning and Reviewing Homework, Foundational Strategies, Advanced Strategies, and Other Topics of Importance.
Video Series 2: Positive Affect Treatment. This video series includes training on the following topics: PAT Treatment Rationale, Actions Towards Feeling Better, and Attending to the Positive.
