UCLA is recruiting Veterans age 18-45 with deployment experience to join a research study that will help us develop a new non-medication-based treatment for PTSD.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to participate, you must be between 18 and 45 years old, speak English, and not currently pregnant. We are looking for volunteers who think they may have PTSD.
Procedures
Participants will complete a phone screener and in-person interview, fill out questionnaires, and undergo a physiological laboratory assessment during which they will complete several computer tasks. Some participants will then complete six one-hour computerized training sessions. All participants then complete a second physiological lab assessment and second interview. In total, participation involves 3 to 10 sessions at the UCLA campus in Westwood.
Payment
You will receive up to $220 for your participation.
